Job Description We are seeking an Associate Creative Director for Publicis Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art direction, leading integrated accounts with a focus on big ideas and visual craft, especially in lifestyle and food sectors. Responsibilities include driving cohesive, visually compelling campaigns across multiple channels and upskilling the creative team in visual execution and production. Key Responsibilities: Integrated Campaign Direction: Lead visual development for campaigns across digital, print, social, and broadcast channels, creating cohesive visual narratives aligned with brand objectives. Mentorship & Development: Cultivate and mentor designers, art directors, and visual creatives, fostering a culture of craftsmanship, innovation, and excellence. Innovating Production: Assess and implement efficient production methods, utilizing industry networks and emerging technologies. Quality Control: Oversee visual output quality and consistency, ensuring alignment with brand identity and campaign narratives.
