We’re Hiring: Building Maintenance Technician
???? High Bridge, NJ | Full-Time | Day Shift

Are you someone who can fix just about anything and enjoys working with your hands? Do you take pride in keeping buildings safe, clean, and running like they should?

We’re looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team at Trident Maritime Systems – Custom Alloy Division in High Bridge, NJ . This role is perfect for someone who’s got experience with drywall, basic carpentry, and general building maintenance—and who’s not afraid to jump in wherever needed to help keep our facility in top shape.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling general construction work like drywall installation, patching, painting, and light carpentry
• Supporting small renovation projects and facility improvements
• Doing basic repairs (walls, ceilings, floors) and helping with light plumbing or electrical work
• Helping set up and break down workspaces or events
• Making sure maintenance requests are handled quickly and safely
• Keeping work areas clean and organized—and following safety best practices
• Pitching in with the team wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, construction, or a related trade
• Working knowledge of drywall, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical/plumbing
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A valid driver’s license
• Bonus if you have experience operating heavy equipment

This is a physical, hands-on role in a busy manufacturing facility. You’ll be lifting, moving, building, fixing—and making a real impact every day.
