Role: Business Analyst

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Location: Huntington Beach, CA, On-site 5 days a week

Job Description

They run over 250 applications across city-limited analysts who manage these applications (Sas based to larger)

They use Oracle JDE ERP
Understanding and answering questions on the applications
At least 2-3 years of experience in one of the ERP systems/software
Program management
Project management
Handling customers-everyone who works in the city

One of Core Enterprise system which they're currently using:

Oracle JD Edwards (JDE)

Functional and technical expertise in Financials, HRMS, and Procurement.

Experience with JDE CNC architecture, development tools, and system integrations.

Integration with iNovah, Kronos, and billing/payment systems.

Accela Automation

Familiarity with land management, permitting, and code enforcement modules.

Proficient in scripting (JavaScript), report customization, and Accela Admin Tools.

Integration with ESRI GIS and Laserfiche.

CIS Infinity

Utility billing expertise including customer workflows, metering, and collections.

Integration with Aclara, MyMeter, InvoiceCloud, and other utility platforms.

iNovah

Cashiering and revenue collection systems.

Integration with ERP and external payment gateways.
