Whole Family Health Center (WFHC) is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Clinical Office Manager to lead our clinical team and oversee daily operations at our multi-specialty medical clinic. This key leadership role ensures the delivery of exceptional patient care, fosters a collaborative work environment, and supports the overall goals of our organization.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise clinical staff and coordinate day-to-day operations
• Support quality patient care, compliance, and clinical workflows
• Manage scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and payroll approvals
• Monitor clinic budgets, inventory, and equipment maintenance
• Promote documentation best practices for UDS and HEDIS quality measures
• Serve as a key liaison for internal teams and external service providers
• Occasionally travel to other clinic locations for support

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate degree required; BSN/BS in healthcare/business preferred
• Active FL LPN or RN license preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a clinical office (or 2 years in an FQHC)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) a plus
