Ensure proper scanning of DMV forms into internal drive and database Follow-up regularly with pending items Maintain and respond with clearly written emails and provide excellent customer service internally and externally Maintain proper records and meet DMV deadlines Maintain/Check-In/Correct MSO’s locally and multi-state Obtain third party quotes Prepare all DMV forms required for each individual deal Prepare customer demand MSO/Title documents and provide to customers within DMV required time frames Review DMV Report(s) Daily Save incoming DMV documents to internal drive and database Scan and save DMV documents as outlined in the guideline Minimum Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent 6 months minimum DMV/dealership knowledge 2+ years clerical or administrative experience Computer Skills (Microsoft Office) Strong communication skills both orally and written DMV/dealership knowledge Detail oriented Assist with training others Ability to multi-task Extremely diligent in follow through Physical Requirements By lingo Job Type: Full-time VSOLVE REG LLC
