Requirements:

• M.D. or D.O. with board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology or related specialty
  
  
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
  
  
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Illinois
  
  
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
