I Help Innovative Insurance Businesses Execute Talent Strategy We're looking for a Junior Underwriter to join a growing E&S Personal Lines Underwriting team. This is a launchpad role for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a mission-driven company at the intersection of climate and insurance. You’ll work alongside experienced underwriters and gain hands-on exposure to underwriting processes, risk evaluation models, broker communications, and real-time quoting workflows.
