• Assist the pharmacist in providing excellent pharmacy services while adhering to state and federal regulations.
• Utilize pharmacy systems effectively to retrieve patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and maintain accurate records.
• Enhance the customer experience by greeting and assisting customers with inquiries about products and services.
• Foster strong relationships with valued customers through attentive service and effective problem resolution.
• Support operations by accurately filling prescriptions, checking for interactions, and managing workflow under the guidance of the pharmacist.
• Report any prescription errors promptly and adhere strictly to company policies for quality improvement in pharmacy practice.
• Process transactions efficiently at the cash register and assist customers in locating over-the-counter products.
• Handle non-critical phone calls effectively, ensuring smooth communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in inventory management tasks including ordering, unpacking, and storing pharmaceuticals while understanding loss prevention procedures.
• Assist in coordination of clinical services and maintain collaborative relationships with local healthcare providers.
• Ensure the pharmacy department is well-stocked, clean, and orderly to enhance service delivery.
• Comply with all company policies and foster a respectful workplace.
• Engage in ongoing training and personal development to maintain necessary certifications and enhance pharmacy knowledge.

Additional Information: Candidates should be fluent in English, possess good math and computer skills, and be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Prior retail or pharmacy experience is preferred but not mandatory.
