Regional Director of Sales Senior Living

Western States Lodging & Management is seeking a Regional Director of Sales - Senior Living to guide and inspire sales teams across a portfolio of senior living communities. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll balance strategic planning, hands-on coaching, and relationship-building to boost occupancy and exceed revenue goals.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sales strategies across multiple senior living communities.
• Mentor, coach, and empower community sales associates to reach and exceed targets.
• Partner with executive directors and regional leaders to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
• Conduct market analysis, implement creative outreach, and monitor competitive activity.
• Step in with direct sales leadership support during staffing transitions or vacancies.
• Must be willing to travel up to 60% within the assigned portfolio.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience (senior living experience a plus, but not required).
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead in a high-energy, results-driven environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a growth mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within your assigned portfolio.

• Competitive Salary: $85,000-$100,000 annually, plus bonus potential
