As a Retail Guitar Repair Technician at Guitar Center, you perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned guitars and assist in maintaining store inventory. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, craftsmanship, and the ability to handle warranty repairs while enhancing customer satisfaction. You also engage in training, sales certification, and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment fostering musical creativity.
