As a Medical Services Coordinator with Southern Health Partners, you’ll do more than deliver care—you’ll own the coordination and consistency that keep a correctional medical unit running safely and smoothly.
This is not your typical charge nurse role. You’ll be trusted with autonomy, respected for your decision-making, and supported every step of the way.

Managing routine sick calls, appointments, treatments, and follow-ups
Maintaining compliance with care plans and facility regulations
Supporting and guiding fellow team members
Being a key point of contact for provider and facility staff
Handling documentation, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks
