The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end process of user research, including planning, recruitment, data collection, and delivering actionable insights to influence design decisions. This role emphasizes collaboration with various stakeholders to review research protocols and ensure the integration of findings into product development. Key Responsibilities: Design and conduct evaluative user research across diverse products. Perform remote usability tests, concept tests, interviews, and surveys. Moderate research sessions, collect qualitative data, and manage study logistics. Collaborate with stakeholders for review and insight sharing. Present final summaries and design recommendations based on research findings. Must-Have Skills: 4+ years of demonstrated UX research experience with a focus on evaluative studies. Experience in Mixed-Method Research heavily focused on Qualitative. Proficient in both remote and in-person research methodologies. Strong capability in interviews and survey analysis.
