About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Development and Marketing to play a pivotal role in advancing its mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive fundraising plan to secure significant financial support for the organization's initiatives. This includes providing strategic direction to the CEO, identifying and attracting new donors, and managing the grant application process. The VP of Development and Marketing will also oversee the marketing and communications strategy, ensuring a strong brand presence and consistent messaging across all channels. Essential responsibilities for the role include network activation, donor engagement, and data analysis to track the performance of fundraising and community initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President of Development and Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in fundraising, marketing, sales, or business development, with a proven track record in digital fundraising.
