About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing and Communications to play a pivotal role in the strategic development and execution of brand and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creation of integrated marketing plans that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and demand across various channels. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing, public relations, and digital engagement, particularly in the use of data and AI to inform decision-making. The VP will oversee the marketing and communications teams, ensuring collaboration to achieve the organization's goals, and will be a key steward of the brand, maintaining consistency in messaging and visual identity. Experience in developing and executing multi-channel, multi-segment campaigns, as well as a deep understanding of the marketing and communications field, is essential.
Candidates for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing and communications. The role requires a leader with strong management skills, the ability to mentor a team, and a proven ability to grow revenue and market share. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, web management, and a background in AI and data analytics is necessary. While not mandatory, experience within a professional medical society, nonprofit, or healthcare industry is preferred.
